Far Northern Milling - 6MW STG & Grid Interconnector controls

Commissioning of new 6MW steam turbine generator and Grid Interconnector controls is almost complete. The new Heinzmann Si-TEC Xtend CGC and GSM modules installed with a new Basler Electric DECS 250 AVR into the existing enclosure. The before and after images show the success of the retrofit.

A big thanks to our team who designed, manufactured, went onsite to completed the installation works and commissioned on time and on budget!

The only difficulty now with no flights available is the drive back from Mossman to Brisbane!
